Help

I got one. Now what the fuck do I do?

try making a food in it

A brand new one? Bake some buttery cornbread in it.

beat a vegan to death with it to season it

Put it in the cabinet and use good stainless and non-stick pans as the need arises. Cast iron is high maintenance, and a huge pain in the ass.

Why does everybody fucking say cornbread I hate cornbread.

But what kind of foods though?

I didn't buy this for vegetables, user.

They said this was the only way to achieve the perfect fried egg.

I am a man of simple wants, I only wanted to enjoy the perfect fried egg before I croak.

Stop before they become a vegetable. But I don't recommend that.

cook eggs half assed then give up trying to season it properly and let it rust in your garage for the next 10 years

No, you misread. Carbon steel makes the best egg pan. it's what the french use for omelets.
