Dunno. Too many obviously because Im fat but I gain and lose about five pounds off and on so I guess just enough to not continuously get fatter and just enough to not really lose any weight.

No idea. I drink all day and then have a 2/3 portion of greasy food for dinner. It should be a lot but I'm sedentary and am still losing weight without trying.
Dunno. I rarely snack and mostly prepare my own meals from fresh food, so have no need to count.

Honestly, it's a form of masochism. I actually like to come on here and see all the delicious shit I won't allow myself to eat. And yeah my diet is basically an apple/orange/banana at noon and some veggies in the evening. Occasionally a small portion of salmon or shrimp.

Parents used too beat me too make me eat everything on my plate plus on being poor.
Having availability too good food and brain damage has kinda fucked me.
Currently cutting at 1700. ~2400 is my maintenance depending on my activity level. I bulk at about 3000.
