At the end, put an egg in it and cover the egg in noodles so it cooks inside the spicy broth and noodles. Add some sweet corn straight from the can afterwards.

I love how spicy the seasoning is but the ramen itself is just too easy to over cook. It’s always a soggy mess. A shame. The soup is far better than the ramen.

A half decent ramen restaurant in japan is $8 at most and you will know the truth.
If you want at home you can buy any shit and it’s edible but nothing like the real deal.
