>Americans call them Hazelnuts
>Americans call Gherkins pickles
>Americans call Crisps chips
>Americans call chips "french fries"
>Americans call Hoover's vacuums
>Americans call the boot the trunk
>Americans call the bonnet the hood
>Americans call the rubbish bin the trash can
>Americans call a Lorry a "truck"
Americans are retarded
Actually, you're wrong, in America, we have access to mulitiple types of pickles, including gherkins. Sounds like you're missing out.
What is it, the 70's? Thanks for the ancient meme, grandpa.
we do as well. i think americans generally will use the word pickle when referring to gherkins, though.
We generally use the word "shithole" to describe europe too. lol we're so quirky.
yr welcome sonny
No, we call gherkins "gherkins", because they're a specific type of pickle, you dolt. Just like we call cornichons "cornichons", half sours "half sours", polish dills "polish", bread and butter pickles "bread and butter", etc etc. And those are just cucumber pickles. I don't think you csn even realize the amount and variety of pickled foods we eat.
