Its not good simply because they sell so rarely that most patties sit there for hours after they have been fried, on a busy day you will probably get a fresh one but avoid it at all costs on slow days

Depends on the franchise I guess. The ones near me make them fresh since they're ordered too rarely to risk trying to cook them ahead of time, only to have them sit all day. The downside is that you have to wait like 15 minutes for your order.
