How long can you keep a sandwich frozen?
I was thinking of making different sandwiches and freezing it, and since the workplace have a microwave and a fridge I think it should be fine.
There are few stores around but those sell canned goods and I lack cooking utensils.
And there's a takeaway restaurant near by but it gave me a bad case of diarrhea.

Frozen stuff will last for about as long as you want. Make lasagna or something instead of sandwiches though.

Why though?
Any other tips?
I've started to bring boiled potatoes.

>Why
Why what? Why things don't go bad while froze? It's too cold for any meaningful growth of any bad bacteria which makes food go bad.

If you cook bigger meals at home you can bring leftovers. Idk what other tips you'd want, if you want recipe ideas just read the threads on this board that aren't about junk food.

Why lasagna instead of sandwiches?

Idk how you make your sandwiches but I've never in my life made a sandwich that gives me enough energy for work.

Use better bread.
I use these, the shape is awkward but it's better than regular breads for making sandwiches.
And you can stuff it with enough food to give you energy.

I'd need a whole heap of them, seems simpler to just have a regular meal.

Who freezes a sandwich? Just bring deli meats, cheeses, bread, whatever and keep them in the fridge.

Believe me, I'm 200 lbs and my job is demanding physically.
Two of those is more than enough.

A sandwich will last a couple days in the fridge you mong

>How long can you keep a sandwich frozen?
A day or less, no more.
Also try avoiding putting something like tomatoes

Just bring a bottle of Soylent

Why not getting MREs?

Rough rule for just about everything in a freezer, is one year.

What kind of work do you do?

>eating nothing but MREs for 3-4 solid days
good way to shit a fucking brick

I'll answer for your trips.
I work in a health facility in the outskirt of the city.
There's only basic services around, there's water and a place to sleep.
But food is a different matter because only 2-4 people are staying over, we're told to bring our own food.
There are near by stores but it sells canned food like meat, beans, cheese.
There's a near by restaurant but the food is bad.

But the restaurant and improve the menu.
Alternatively make sandwiches and freeze them.
Clearly your only two options because lasagna would never work.

>But the restaurant and improve the menu.
I had food poising the last time I ate.

Lasagna freezes well
