Hey gang rate my meal!

Salmon, pan roasted garlic potatoes. Had some vegetables too but I forgot about them because I am drunk and ate them directly out of the hot pan afterwards.

Would eat and enjoy, but it would be improved by some sauce for the potatos.

Also, a bit hard to tell from the pic, but compared to how I like it looks like the salmon was cooked for a bit too long and not hot enough.

I guess I'll post this here instead of creating a new thread.

I just got a raise at work so I decided to buy a nice steak. It's a "Kobe" (American "wagyu") New York strip steak.

Ended up cooking it rare with salt and pepper and finished with a bit of butter. Would have liked medium rare but I was worried about over cooking it. Still a fucking great steak.

Beef barley soup. God I love this stuff, usually make it with leftovers from a pot roast meal.
