Looks like a big ol slop of meat

what is the sauce

It's just a miniature doner kebab.

looks like just a somewhat thin cheese sauce. homemade cheez wiz as it were.

nasty I would rather have velveeta or american

that veg looks disgusting

Looks good to me, fag. You're just too cool for food aren't you?

not bad. might make that for a party

> velveeta or american

There’s already a webum thread full of these retarded videos.

>for 6 to 10 hours minimum. baistig the shit out of it after two hours
nigga you from 1820? 2018 has way more efficient methods making meat delicious!

>Cheese that isn't provolone

For God's sake why

yum, nice grey steaks!

>no sear on the meat whatsoever
>the meat looks dry
yeah nah I'd rather make it the normal way

those are thin slices of meat, you can cook them on a skillet very fast and they will certainly taste better
kebab only makes sense if you prepare it with lamb or cheap poultry.
High quality beef is fucking wasted.

>kebab
yes
>2 hours at 350 F
no
>philly cheese steak
yes

shoo shoo

Where did I say it looks bad?

What steak cuts are those? Anyone?

Turn your name off, retard

Waste of beef, kebab is supposed to be lamb or poultry.

>assemble meat on a skewer
>cook it in the oven instead of rotating it in front of a direct heat source
>defeating the purpose of putting it on a skewer in the first place

I'm Sgt pepperoni you punk, a Veeky Forums legend, what have you accomplished you pipsqueak?

This. What a pointless thing to do.

>baking steaks for 2 hours

Are you insane?

You have to compensate the cooking time for the thickness. But it's probably too much anyway.
Real kebab remains raw inside and only the out layers get grilled as you slowly cut them off.

Exactly what benefit does this grant me that slicing the steak and cooking it on a pan does not.

Its aesthetic

Sauce is a wee thin

Jesus Christ what an abomination

>aesthetic
I don’t think you know what that word means, user.

>steamed beef with cheese sauce, served on a meme stick
