I never buy ground turkey or chicken because it's usually shit but this actually looks pretty decent.

Turkey and chicken being shit is 90% the cook’s fault imo, gotta find a seasoning combo that works for you and cook at a low temp so it doesn’t dry out

I don't used ground meat unless it's in a sauce, cottage pie, or burger. I could try it in burger form but where it would be sauced it just doesn't lend a lot and I'd rather use beef, bison, or pork.
