That chicken looks like lava

About 16-20grams
Those are parsnips not potato

Tbh I can not make out what is what in that picture.

Does look delicious. I'm just jealous of your carbs.

Are you surfing on a flip phone?
It's clearly a chicken breast and stewed vegetables in a cast iron vessel. The herbs look like poorly chopped thyme.

Carbs guy again.

This is my dutch oven. Don't know if they make them anymore but the thing is quite badass.

Whats all that for? I want one.

I don't know what that means. Thank you?

Thank you. Why jealous you doing keto?
Have one cheat day.

Lid is a self leveling frying pan. Three legs.
Can put coals in the oven and grill on top for hibachi.
can separate meat from veggies via the grill.
Convection through the cone in the middle.

The microwave of dutch ovens.

Not keto but very low carb. I don't want to test my blood and all that shit.

looks nice af
what's the marinade on the chicken

If youre borderline diabetic you can still eat small portions of complex carbs as long as you do it with protein. Still best to avoid refined sugar and most fruit.

Just trying to lose my winter weight. Spring is coming!

>tomatoes in a cast iron

No marinde. Onion powder, paprika, celery seed, and salt. The stew was left over from last week. Seared the breast added the stew popped it in the oven for 10 minutes. Decent lunch in 15 minutes.

I'm not seeing any tomatoes. If OP has the sense enough to be able to season his iron, I'm sure he knows better.

Seriously...i want this. Can you tell me what its called or post a pic of the text on the lid.

It's called The Ultimate Dutch Oven made by Camp Chef.

Who said anything about tomatoes?
If youre going to participate do try and keep up.

Thank you.

The thing is with this oven is that is cooks much faster than normal ones. You can't use the same amount of briquettes to time ratio for cooking but it does come with a cookbook and I believe there is one online for it as well.

No problem. Enjoy.

Can you retards shut the fuck up about your fucking cast iron meme?

I think your tendies are ready. Now go upstairs and get them and don't forget to thank mummy.

>fuck off. I cant microwave cast iron so ill have no way to cook my tendies or oodles of noodles.

>he doesn't like it when people spam all day every day about a fucking type of pan so he MUST obviously like fast food tendies
delusional cast iron shills i hate you so much

Another thing. It comes pre seasoned but it has kind of a waxy/oily coating on it out of the box.

I recommend bringing it up to temp as if you were seasoning it, just to burn that gunk off.

>delusional cast iron shills

What in the fucking fuck?!
Could (((they))) be behind the love of cast iron cooking.

You are paranoid and delusional. Go back to /pol/.

DOC is a somewhat large subculture of cooking. Might want to educate yourself.

I mean it literally looks like molten lava

Good to know. I dont want gunk on my tendies.

Why do you keep mispelling larva?

Tomatoes are fine in cast iron if you aren't cooking them very long. If there were tomatoes in the stew and OP was only reheating the stew (as has already been posted), the tomatoes are harmless.

I would eat the fuck out of ops molten lava
