It makes a lot of sense, especially for tomatoes.
Can't grow sweet ones in cold climate.

San Marzano.

These and 6-IN-1 are recommended on the pizzamaking.com forums. They're very rich, acidic, and savory.

Be careful, there are different sourced batches being shipped under the same UPC# cans, with only slight packaging differences.

Oh so that's why you preserve food like 3rd worlder you are. Modern worlds do not have to use food preservation anymore.

Canned tomatoes are objectively better in the off season

>using canned food.

home canned tomatoes taste objectively better than mealy, out of season tomatoes shipped from some shithole like california, kid

Why would three of those irrelevant states grow good tomatoes lmao

I usually stick to Mutti. Mainly because all other brands available in Norway are pure garbage.

say its cento san marzano and i'll agree

Why do people have such a boner for san marzano tomatoes? They're too sweet.

Limestone soil.

I use a lot of them so I get the Costco brand. I started doing this out of convenience but they really are superior to any other brand of canned tomatoes.

They are far from the only states with surface limestone and limestone in their soil.

..now you're just wanting to argue.

As if there's any real question.

>growing food in the ground
LMAO if you don't have a raised bed you're poor

>building up soilless nutes/compounds to mimic Indiana soil.
Yeah not necessary when you already have necessary shit in the ground.

the cheapest ones i can find

i've never tasted a difference between any of them

It's ok for Tomatoes, even profesionals focusing on fancier stuff suggest to buy tomatoes in cans

What I don't like about cheap canned tomatoes isn't so much the taste as the texture. They're usually too chunky and have the stems still attached.

your gay link helpfully shows you the one you should be buying in the first place: the certified san marzanos

I'm cheap so I just use the Costco canned tomatoes.

something you don't have the balls to do
you and your cuck tomatoes

Lmao, you euro poors crack me up. Nobody in the states calls it lime stone. We call it soft stone, you europoor gumbree. Enjoy your cobblestone road, genius.

san marzano. any other answer is incorrect. or Rolands if you get the green chile blend

Anyone put anchovies in their tomato sauce?

Yeah. That's how I get some salt in it.

>being retarded

I usally buy this brand and they are pretty good.

I realize that a drawback of diced is that most brands use a chemical that acts as a firming agent, but I just think these always taste great so I keep getting 'em. Plus, I can always rely on the level of sodium with this brand.
