Has anyone here opened a clothing line? I have a good business plan and designs, I also have a very good network in the family since almost everyone works in media, film, celebrities, Hollywood - places that are perfect for spreading my brand.
So I ask you effay, have you ever created your own clothing line?
Mason Lopez
by clothing line i hope you dont mean shitty graphic t shirt startup #112047389
Logan Sanders
youre talking to Gosha himself famwell
Ethan Perez
Alright Gosha, tell me, how did you go so big my man? Where did you start out? I absolutely hate it but I will do t shirts and caps to see if people like my designs. Id rather work on jackets though
Jaxson Gutierrez
If your ideas are just printing "cool shit" on plain t-shirts then I wouldn't really bother.
Camden Kelly
This. Graphics print shirts are mall-tier
Jeremiah Bailey
Do you have to know how to actually create clothes with a sewing machine to start a clothing line?
Ethan Williams
Definitely not. I've got a core that I'll be working on, I've got the audience for it as well. It's going to be sportswear, but more than that I will not reveal.
Jace Roberts
I wouldn't buy your stuff until you post a fit being brutally honest.
Luis Gomez
>implying I market my stuff on Veeky Forums
Luis Jones
stop asking people to post fits to validate their opinion, you are by far the worst new namefag/tripfag to appear on this board in recent times
David Sanchez
I hope you die of pancreatic cancer you insufferable cunt.
Chase Rodriguez
I'm starting a brand now. It should be up and running in a little over 2 weeks. I'll tell you how it goes.
Brody Gray
What is it about?
James Fisher
Planning on making stuff for working people, so probably not Veeky Forums, shit made for hikers and operators.
Austin Davis

Cooper Wright

Alexander Martinez

Alexander Hill

Eli Adams
bump for interest
Henry Baker
op, i have some pretty good ideas. think about this: year in and year out, certain brands do really well, like polo, lacoste, etc. what do they have in common? they have an emobroidered crtitter, a trademaerk on the chest to let people know about them. come up with a new iconic symbol , that will go on every shirt, hat, and pair of pants, so your brand will be instantly recognizable. i was thinking of creating a logo for a brand called "savage cabbage". like a little tribal warrior made out of cabbage. that would be my logo. sound cool?
Michael Long
sounds like u have downs and other things to worry about
Nathan Morris
dude that's the worst shit I've ever heard no offense
you fail to realize that those brands with the recognisable logos didn't just grow big out of nowhere, the logos have brand power because the clothes were spotted by people with status
nobody will want to wear some random fucking shit just because of a logo, dude. But go ahead
Ayden Diaz
To be honest I'd go look at what J. Press was making back in the day before the Japs bought them, then have a supplier in Canada build that stuff but with some douchey flair like cool jacket linings and buttons on shirts, make a small line of critter pants each spring, stuff like that.
Find a university with a rich segment of the male student body, then set up one shop there and another in the nearest city where a substantial number of those college kids come from. Offer that off-the rack with a good tailor and eventually move into made-to-measure at the town location.
Old-school fits, douchey details that serve as your brands calling-card.
Hunter Howard
Well, it wasn't really about what I'll do - because I have a good idea, but rather things such as marketing etc. I appreciate what your idea was because that's my current idea - selling sportswear to snobby upper class boarding schools etc. I have good designs in my opinion and good connections.
