i wash my hair with cold water only, so i have a hot shower with my hair up, then turn it freezing cold and let my hair down. Really good for my hair and skin is amazing (i do it more for my skin, and because it feels great anyway)

i don't use any products on my hair, just wash it with whatever is in the house, whenever i feel like it which is not all that often
