I use ricin oil during the shower in very small amounts and salt hair spray (after hair has dried a bit). I use the oil to make the hair thicker and compensate for the fact that the hair gets very dry with salt hair spray. That's all I do.

Usually the problem myself which I have not yet found a solution to is that my hair usually looks the best in the morning when I wake up, but for hygiene reasons I always shower anyways, but then the natural oils sort of go out of the hair.

How often do you use all that shit? After every single shower? Gotten any comments on it?

Trust me 100%. I do not smell like shit at all. I've asked different people over the years and nobody has ever said anything, in fact they've just said I smell good.

As long as you shower you should be fine. I don't have a shit diet and I value my health so naturally I don't smell like a disgusting skinnyfat cunt with cheeseburger sweat. My girlfriend doesn't know I don't use shampoo but she has not a single time commented on my smell in a negative way.

I also only use salt deodorant, I could probably go without deodorant but it's not really worth the risk if I actually do get sweaty because of heat/running. I just naturally have good body odour I guess.

I just prefer showering in the morning because it "wakes me up". It makes me feel energised, especially when I turn the temperature down to the coldest. The rush you feel is amazing. You'll grow to love it.

As for the ricin oil: I repeat, do not overuse. I have heard that it can lead to nasty fungus or whatever in your scalp if you use too much (never happened to me though), so I just use a tiny bit on my finger tips. I used to do more and then use a bit hotter than lukewarm to flush it out but it wasn't worth it.
My current routine:

>rinse out all shit of the hair
>take a tiny bit ricin oil
>smudge it in the hair
>use lukewarm to rinse
>when it feels less oily you pull down to the coldest possible
>use this maybe 5 minutes in hair and rest of body

I think he means carbs like bread etc. If you only ate salads you'd be unhealthy. Generally just cut salt because it's already everywhere so you don't need to worry. Eat more salad (I always eat at least one salad a day). Avoid shitty white processed bread, if you eat bread stick to darker. Eat less dairy (although I'm personally a huge fan of it and I find it difficult if I don't drink at least a couple of glasses of milk a day).

I'm north indian, I used this once a week and it made my skin evidently lighter and smoother. Have stopped but should use it again.

Also use Blue Lizard sunscreen, it's got a "whitening" effect that gives my skin a good pale glow without seeming like makeup or anything. my untanned skin is actually a green-greyish pale in tone, it might look weird if you're shit colored.

watch what you eat. you don't necessarily need to diet but don't eat like a child. omit garbage food and drinks like chips, cookies and soda. whole food sources are the best option. if it had to undergo extensive processing to make it to your plate don't fucking eat it

try switching to mostly natural skincare and hygiene products, like soaps and shampoos without sulfates and parabens and other chemicals. less can be more in this aspect. focus on bettering your skin from the inside out. supplements help a ton if you can't get enough vitamins in through your diet. take cod liver or fish oil daily. vitamin a and d are vital. sounds like bro science but consuming carrot juice and sweet potatoes regularly will literally make your skin glow

get enough sleep and don't drink alcohol every fucking day. when you do, avoid beer and dark liquors. DRINK WATER and basically nothing but water. juicing is great too though
