In cali we get hippies, punks and crusties. the woman in looks like a regular hippie. Simplistically, Crusties are kind of like a mix of punks and hippies. If this hippie traveler had a band shirt she would look like a crustie.

They're like a modern version of the traveling hobo. I used to be really into the subculture and had crustie and punk friends.
