How to wear out my sk8 his quickly? I hate them looking so new and they look better beaten up
How to wear out my sk8 his quickly? I hate them looking so new and they look better beaten up
Skate in them u fucken poser
Drag them behind your car (or your bike since you sound like a 12 year old)
Is this bait?
Everyone knows sk8 his are shitty to skate in
wear them a lot dicknose.
>Skate in them u fucken poser
bad advice. skated my old skools - i knew they would get fucked up but I ripped the entire side of the shoe in half. don't do it.
I hope you did not get this lame colorway
when was black and white ever lame?
>not keeping up with trends
nowadays kids are all about skating in shitty flimsy shoes.
>skateboarding in 2016
>trends
choose one
It's a trend among berniecucks le make America skate again, I see so many fucking kids with thrasher shit
Even Jacob sartorius wears it
who?
you misunderstood my comment. I am not talking about skating in general. I am talking about skating in sk8 hi's, chucks, etc. It's become very popular with young skateboarders lately (specifically on the east coast). even though there are far better options and these types of shoes fall apart quickly, kids are all about authentics, sk8 his, chucks, etc.
Eh no I understood your comment. When I said skateboarding isn't trendy anymore I meant the culture around it as well (fashion, music). Apart from white suburban teenaged boys (like in your photos), nobody really cares about skateboarding culture. So yeah I do keep up with trends, just relevant ones though.
>apart from white suburban teenage boys
Sounds like you don't care enough about skate culture to know shit about it. On the east coast at least (i'm from new york) i see more minorities (mostly hispanic or black) skating than i do white kids.
Not to mention, the fashion/music associated with skateboarding is and always has been forever changing. It's gone from hip hop all the way to punk rock and every genre inbetween.
>Apart from white suburban teenaged boys (like in your photos)...
trolling right? that's a black dude and a latino dude. they live in NYC. they are on Supreme's skate team.
>...nobody really cares about skateboarding culture. So yeah I do keep up with trends, just relevant ones though.
well I was just commenting on trends within skateboarding, not skateboarding culture's impact on a larger scale. your comments aren't really relevant to mine. I do pretty much agree with what you are saying though, but keep in mind companies like Supreme, Vans, Palace, etc. are all skateboarding companies at heart.
Is this Danger Kim? lol
HUF or SB for skating my friends?
love skating in general release vans. don't last too long but excellent board feel
go walk at a forest for an hour or more, they will look like shit after
if you skate in sk8 hi's you're a fucking poser
lol
>a qt will never be that playful with you
Go get the promodel. I can wear out a pair of vans in a week.
Adidas or NB skate shoes.
I bet you've never set foot on a deck in your life. I skate in hi's to save my ankles when I land primo trying to flip down 8 stairs
>what is shoe goo?
lurknyc right?
Never been in nyc, but I remember this clip including the qt being "just so nyc".
soo true. either vans or converse. lmao
i think it's just bait. there is no way you can't see skateboardings trends spilling out into the fashion world.
Skaters are pathetic faggots
Are those geobuckets??
mmm dylan
get a camera they love attention
is it weird as fuck to start skating/long-boarding at 20?
no vans are best shoes to skate and always will be, but sk8 hi's are prtty trendy amongst the young edge lords
weird no pointless yes
naw dude girls love skaters especially European girls, late at night if you're skating downtown you can literally approach any girl(s) because they love the attention, especially if you are skating with a group of friends and if you're at a spot and there are girls also chilling at the spot its a perfect excuse to go talk to them. Chicks are pretty playful desu you just gotta give them something to play with if u know what i mean.
depends, only huf shoes i like are classics but they aren't as 'trendy' as they used to be, if thats what you're going for however they are a really comfy shoe yet dont last long. SB's are good quality they tend to be pretty resiliant shoes but are pretty overused. I'd go for some grant taylors personally i think they are the best looking SB's
>picking up new hobbies at 20 is pointless
yep. lurknyc, Supreme, and Dime vids are where it's at right now. oh and also Andy Schrock!
>that memephis rap revival happening in skating
who /MHHG/ here?
>Dime
glad to see them getting respect. Used to skate with those guys back when i lived in mtl. they have super positive attitudes, love what they bring to skating. If you dont already you should check out their instagram and snapchat, very funny stuff, almost daily.
Also would like to add GX1000 is very hype right now. super hard-skating guys. newest vid is fucking unbelievable. it's on thrasher for 24h currently, dont sleep!
so uh does anyone actually skate in her or do i go back to asg now
about a month in these
foh bitchass i skate in jordans and dc i don't have time for your high water pants no comply pink hat wearing ass
>high waters
dude that was last summer, now it's all about mom-jeans
the most /MHHG/ here
i live in memphis
it's useless talking about skating on a fashion board.
Why the fuck would you skate sk8 his for. Jesus christ
>sk8 his
>thrasher hood
>huf 5 panel
Oh look its the new instagram whore trend
conclusion: if you can skate, skate whatever fucking shoe you want.
if you bought a skateboard and you suck, don't skate with sk8 his u dumbfuck
if you dont skate at all, wear whatever you wan't, but the sk8 hi trend is over
>GX1000
I think I watched some clips of them in Tokyo before on Thrasher's channel? not really familiar tho... will check out that vid now thx senpai.
