Well during fasting we're not allowed to eat anything, but after the sunset you're free to eat anything. I just chose dates because tastes good. And yeah it gives me less energy but i only feel it when it's near sunset. Middle of the day, never had a problem. But i'm not an active guy anyway, so..

They can taste good, but going on those liquidcleanse/shakeology diets are a bad idea. Try out Néktar juice bar if you can find one, the ones they make are what they will usually taste like.

I would take a bottle for my lunch at school every day didn't get hungry till I got home then just had another bottle I didn't go 100% still had dinners cooked by me mum.

After about 3 months I lost like 15 pounds and im a chubby fuck so I was happy. The flavor is ok at first but you might get sick of it so I started using extracts to make the flavor more appetizing, peppermint, vanilla, etc.

Only bad side effect was TERRIBLE smelling farts which were actually a result of the vanilla extract so I only use peppermint now.

do you guys drink coffee fasting or something? i do, wait until get hungry and then eat eggs.
