One oatmeal cookie and 3 cups of black coffee so far but it's only 9 am

2 Fried eggs on toast with a cup of tea so far. this is my first day of time off from work so ive been a complete slob

breakfast : cereal
lunch : rice with chicken
dinner : rice with Puyonghai
and lots of chocolate and nuts inbetween for snacks

Eggs, lettuce, tomato, cheddar, cracked pepper, mustard, and English muffin.

Breakfast: Weetabix and a bacon sandwich
2nd Breakfast: Apple, coffee, another bacon sandwich
Lunch: chicken and rice
Post-lunch snack: Bagels
Dinner: roast beef
Midnight snack: omelette

Then work out for three hours a day every day

Just had free range scrambled eggs with lots of spinach, a yellow pepper, some dill kraut & half an avacado all mixed together. Also some watermelon. All organic. Sipping some OG rishi tea. Will have an organic latte when I get to work. Also my GF cooked it and I fucked her this morning. Pic related other shit she makes

You kids are the funniest.

Coffee first, sometimes 2 cups if I don't have an appetite by the time I'm done with the first cup
Then it's always cereal : cheerios with honey and granola, raisins, and whatever fruit is in season, so right now it's blueberries
After that I usually wait till the evening and have another cup of coffee, and afterwards a light dinner
Just don't have a wild appetite m8

Being underweight and kinda fat means that you are taking in more calories than you are using on a regular basis. A few ways to help your situation could be:

1. Eat less. Sometimes we all eat a little more than is a good idea. Don't starve yourself, but pace yourself while you eat and take smaller portions.
2. Eat more leafy greens, fruits, vegetables, and lean meats. If you enjoy carbohydrate rich food, try to avoid simple carbs like sugars and go for more complex carbs as they are both more filling and nutritious.
3. Exercise. This is the most important thing when it comes to maintaining a healthy physique. If you want to stay thin, focus on cardio. Even if you hate exercise, walking around outside for 30 minutes every single day can do wonders for your health.

Sidenote: Snacking between meals is fine, and actually encouraged as long as the snack is healthy and in a small portion. Snacking on small things through out the day can help you avoid taking unnecessary meals while also helping you to stay energized.

No diet is gonna get you to ottermode. Ottermode requires having low body fat and moderate muscle. I suggest a 300 calory deficit to your normal intake, and moderate cardio with moderate lifting.

yeah i work out heavily four times a week and lightly all the rest

usually have a pack of seaweed or can sardines as a snack if I get hungry

Nice dubs, if you want to lose weight then do cardio in the gym and then smash it when swimming

I swim about 3 miles a day and I can effectively control my body weight like I'm on a character customisation screen thanks to it

how do you cook chicken without using so much friggin butter? Should I put the chicken in the oven? Boil it? It gets so greasy whenever I do it.

Cut the fat and skin off, drizzle with enough oil to coat, bake.

Breakfast was a banana/chocolate Silk/protein powder shake deal. I hate the protein powder but I need muh proteins.
Lunch was just a bunch of meatless chili.
Dinner was a veggie sub (lettuce, tomato, pickles, sweet peppers, and spinach) with vinaigrette on wheat. Thank you, based Subway.

For anyone interested, the avacado has cayenne pepper on it and the dressing is this product called Fire Cider, really good stuff, could also use apple cider vinegar instead. Both are good for you and add nice flavor to the salad without adding a ton of calories. Most dressings are made from shit ingredients and add a lot of calories.

Anyway an Veeky Forums diet is one that is mostly wholesome and nutritious but also one that allows you to actually enjoy food and eating.
Food is great and you only have limited time on earth so why waste it eating lettuce and drinking only black coffee. You are fucking lying if you say youve never bought 20 dollars worth of mcdonalds after a night of drinking.
