only ebay had this color in my size. paid $245--about the sale price everywhere. reputable seller, but missing spare laces, otherwise look legit--in particular font and color is right. seller offered to refund some to cover laces. is there a foolproof way to determine these are authentic?

Best ways to tell if it's legit are the engravings, how shiny the leather is, and the stitching on the tongue. Everything seems good here but can't see the tongue but I doubt these are fake
