Clothes won't make much of a difference in thus regard. Just don't wear dresses and people won't mistake you for a girl.

Get to 160 lbs. That's the treshold of being a man at 6 feet. That will fix all your ailments

Start SS, get to 1pl8 squat, then GOMAD until 160lbs.

I worked out last summer and was able to squat a plate and a half pretty sure

If you are 130lbs and can squat 1.5pl8 full rom, then well you need to head back and go heavier starting at GOMAD. I say work up to 1pl8 before you start GOMAD so you are benefiting the most from GOMAD.

It'll bulk you up easy. GOMAD itself will furfill all your caloric needs for the day with a good lifting schedule so any food you eat will be extra weight put on. You want to wait to GOMAD until your noob gains wear off and you need to start bulking up.

Pic related, plus make sure you eat a lot (3000 calories a day minimum). SS isn't a bad routine but it's designed primarily for strength and won't bulk you up
