It was originally fine but when I straight flex my arm it stretches it out a bit, plus I also gained a little bit of muscle mass since doing the outline.

damn this hits home. I've dealt with anxiety for almost 5 years now and its probably one of the hardest things I've had to deal with and overcome in life. My panic attacks still suck but they don't physically hurt anymore (my back would seize up). I still get blurred vision, loss of feeling in my arms and legs, and my throat closes up but I've come a long way to get where I am today. I would constantly place a hand over my heart or check my pulse after an attack thinking I was gonna die. I rarely do that now. I actually really want to get this and I'm thinking over my heart or on my left arm (where the tinging happens) but I'm open to suggestions for better placements
