I feel like there's a difference between just dressing poorly, and actually being cringe. Cringe isn't just bad, it's that sort of bad that rubs off on you and makes you wince for the person. It makes you want to look away. It's like revisiting your most embarrassing moments, even though they are somebody else' It's pure fremdschämen.
Nothing in this thread made me cringe so far. There are some shitty outfits, but not quite cringe.
