i have a m65. same thing. i wear it in winter and without the liner (germany btw) because i can take the cold pretty well. but with the liner it's maximum comfy, it just doesnt look quite as good.

The flecktarn without liner is thin cotton shell, it provides almost no warmth so I would not recommend for a winter jacket
