Germany here, most guys dress like shit here. If you simply dress in nothing but the MFA uniform you will have girls swooning left and right for you.

That's mainly because menswear is the standard along with "prep" right now. Fashion is splintered into many styles/types/genres that most people don't know, don't care, don't like.
