You know thermal lights and layering them with fleece lined leggings is a common thing right? And unless you're in Siberian temperatures is usually more than sufficient to keep legs toasty.

I live in Minnesota so it's pretty chilly, but I have lived here my entire life so I'm used to it. Really when it comes to cold weather your legs don't take the brunt of it. It's mostly just your smaller bits.

Of course on the particularly harsh windy days I just stick to pants.

Any good effay down coats for girls? Hoods are a bonus.
