Yeah, I use the cut indentation every now and then to trim loose threads on my clothes and the glasses driver to generally pry small things.
I use the bottle opener most often, but it requires a large keyring or small carabiner to get the upwards leverage required.
Super low profile on my keys though, well worth the $5 or so/
