Honestly I'd say replace them with any simple Oxfords or derbies. They don't even have to be expensive.
Even black simple sneakers would work fairly well.
I'd personally go with slimmer low top shoes and chunkier boots, because chelseas don't seem to work well here without looking tired and cliche.

The medium fits like a medium-and-a-half, and they have a ton of colors available. I have like 4 of them in various colors and they're my comfiest shirts.

Minimal (mono) alternatives to the black bomber? It's a trend that's become too played out where I live. It's a timeless piece for sure but right now its too saturated for me.

ive been keeping an eye out for harringtons/collared bombers that fit the same profile. not much luck thus far but the gap surprisingly had a pretty nice nylon bomber in a hunter green that looks great in a monochromatic outfit since the shell is green and the rest is black.

The no sock meme is possibly the worst thing to happen to men's fashion in recent years. It literally doesn't affect the silhouette at all, and it looks gross, gay, juvenile, and trashy.
Just get solid grey crew socks. They go with everything.

It literally doesn't look any better. That's the one article of clothing that won't affect the silhouette whatsoever (unless you're wearing bulky winter socks or something).

Not trying to detract from what you're saying, because I also have been looking for really clean and simple suede shoes, but for me, pointed toes kind of ruin the minimalism and don't work well with palewave fits.
I had a co-worker come in today with very very light grey suede shoes that I'm p jelly of.
They were low profile, rounded toe, and flat bottomed. I would ask him where I can cop some but he doesn't speak English.
