1300-1700 cal/day, I'm vegetarian so that comes mostly from fruits and greens. Yoghurt is low cal and good source of protein. No sodas or snacks; just water and black coffee. Run 6 miles every other day; bodyweight exercises on the rest. Do manual labor. IF with a six hour eating window.

IF and keto with caloric restriction. I ended a 2 day fast with 1200 calories, so stretched across 3 days, like 400 calories per day in ketosis. Planning on doing a 3 week water fast in the next couple of days, but that's more so for health and second for weight loss. I got a stem cell therapy injection coming up and being fasted before and after dramatically increases the success rate

1200 is probably good at your weight if you don't try to overdo on the running. Just make sure you get enough protein,electrolytes and super male vitality pills.

Always remember it's a marathon not a race. It's best to do a little every day, or ever few days rather than try to fix everything in one long 10 mile run.

I try to keep under 1200 daily and I walk everwhere, so I figure the deficit is ~600. I lost about 20lbs between July and the beginning of November, so the math is about right! I think I been eating too close to maintenance since then, cause it's pretty much been a wash since them. Oh, and visiting /thinspo/ every day has helped a lot.

I'm same height, 145-lbs. I'd say 1200cal/day is low, I'd recommend closer to 1400 when active.

Not that user, but between my fucked up lower back, my upper back pain, and screwed up wrist, at only 31... I feel like I'm 80 most days, walking around in pain. Jaw would be a tough addition. I too avoid carbs for inflammation reasons more than the calories. I also take tumeric which I'm pretty sure doesn't do anything but is a nice thought anyways.

you should definitely look into regenerative orthopedics. you don't have to suffer at that age. you can get PRP which is like blood platelets or stem cells. my stem cell injection is only gonna be like 3k and includes PRP. pretty good deal

My goal weight was recorded a while ago as 125 lbs. Ideally I want to have visible abs. I used to have them before I gained weight, and I like feeling proud of my appearance.
I might already be there: I last weighed myself like two weeks ago because I don't have a reliable scale at college.
I think it was about a 300 calorie deficit. I started using Lose It! in October but I've been trying to lose weight since August, when I started C25K. I was 150 lbs all summer.
I'd like to draw more and start looking for internships relevant to my future career.

A question for longtime users of this thread: is 125 a good weight to stay at for a 5'7" guy? Should I cut more, or start working on maintenance and muscle definition etc.?
