My gf wants me to pick all her clothes since she thinks her dress sense is bad so I want to see some good stuff. Like you, the more stockings and knee socks, the better.

I would say go for less patterns. more solids, but with lots of texture. matching and mix-matching will be easier that way. then layer generously. you can still layer in summer. just use lighter materials. also, i say stick to earth tones and pastels and stay away from bright colors, but that's personal preference.

Less patterns sounds good to me. She wants a little floral in there though which I'm cool with but we both agreed on it being minimal. Also she loves the whole stockings/knee socks thing so at least she's cool with whatever I do there.

So some pastel inspo too would be good.
