Sewing >What materials do I need? - Sewing Machine [serger optional?] - Dressmaking shears for cutting the fabric - Scissor - Seam Ripper - A little box with needles - Ruler - Tape measure - Tailors tack - Hand sewing needles + pocket knife, the little scissor and the pincer have helped me out some times + You need an ironer to press your clothing [Anything else?]
What machine do I need to buy? The minimal requirements of your machine should be: 1. being able to sew a buttonhole 2. adjustable stitch length 3. adjustable zigzag stitch 4. stretch stitch
>Raf Simons Parka imgur.com/a/OpcDT You don't have to necessarily order a t-shirt with a print of a plant. You can buy one at the thrift shop or look for one in your moms wardrobe. The dude also orders iron-on adhesive, but you can also lockstitch or blind hem that large patch by hand or machine. Optionally, you can dye the parka first.
[Do you need typed out guides on how to make tshirts, shorts etc.?]
Anyone ever tried dying nylon and other synthetics?
I have a bomber that is a color that I really hate and was wondering if I could dye it like I did with my parka.
Noah Morales
This is cool as hell
Elijah Russell
as long as your dye is appropriate for the fiber, it'll work just follow the instructions and maybe look up tips some dyes require different additives/catalysts to work well
Lincoln Campbell
big ups on those pattern sites fuck those cheap ass mccalls patterns
Jackson Myers
Can I make fake OW for myself with this shit?
Anthony Wilson

Logan Davis

Hey I recently got into sewing and I've been trying to make a noragi. I was thinking like a lightwash denim one would be cool, but I need to it be the same thickness as normal Levi's denim jackets, however when I checked at my nearest Fabricland, the only denim they had was shitty thin chambray-lookin ass fabric. Where can I buy real denim for cheap?
Nicholas Flores
How to taper jeans, guide pls
Grayson Taylor
Would talking a Achilles low alternative like svenssons and painting them pale pink work to get a blush alt or would it look like shit
Ethan Reed
I want to make a bootleg of DG's Death Classic shirt. You think this'll gonna look good printed, or is this too low quality?
Carter Reyes
Anybody think this would look cool on a shirt? Think I might get one printed
I think it'll look fine, but obviously a higher res image would be better
It's pretty straightforward, I'm sure there are plenty of guides online- though def make sure you have a super solid machine before sewing denim, as mine almost broke when I tried to taper. I elected just to do it by hand even though it took forever.
Aaron Fisher
dg is a mainstream meme now don't do it
James Rivera
That image was waifu2x`d already, the original is even smaller.
I'm not sure anyone in my city even knows who they are, man

is it possible to evenly and safely fade a t shirt without shrinking it
Tyler Adams
Gonna be doing a dip dye on a t shirt first, then a sweater.
Thinking of doing like this -powdered dye -Hot water -big bucket width= shirt width
Im trying to do a ombre/gradient/fade so:
First dip 4/6 way up, shake in dye for 5 min 2nd dip 3/6 way up shake in dye for 5 min 3rd dip 2/6 way up, sharke in dye for 5 min 4th -//- 5th -//-
should create a nice gradient right? Thoguhts?
Colton Gray
how does one get photo patches like this?
Grayson Ortiz
if you are gonna do a dg bootleg don't do something you can just buy
do something creative, maybe a painting of Stefan's or something

This is awesome. How did you do the detailed parts of the face? Is it all stitched on?
how did u make the stencil/ paint it afterwords. stencil looks clean asf and the paint didnt bleed at all
Brody Rodriguez
Bump with an example of something you could easily DIY for less than a 1/16th of the price.
Matthew Diaz
kinda want to put pic related on a shirt. Is it too edgy?
Aaron Foster
Wear it in Moscow and see how far you get.
Please wear cool shoes so a Vlad can upgrade his squatting and chugging bootleg shampoo game.
Nathan Kelly
slp one is better
Brody Flores
Yeah, but that one's more ridiculous, considering those "beads" are literally brass plumbing fittings you can buy at Lowes for super cheap.
(The SLP one, for reference.)
Isaiah Morris
If you have to even ask
Jaxson Perez
transfer sheet are probably the easiest way. Transfer them to some canvas and then stitch it to whatever you like.
Anthony Lee
It was a simple paper stencil 'pinned down' with fly screen. I then painted over it using simple white wall paint and a paint roller. So all in all, it was a very primitive silk screen.
William Watson
This would look sick as fuck wrapping around the sleeve of a jacket
The fabric is screen printed at the factory if you're willing to dig deep enough you might be able to buys some
Xavier Cruz
I AMMMM BECOME DEATTHHHH
Chase King
It'd be pretty cool without the people in the picture.
Michael Murphy
lol, you could probably make that for less than a dollar with a shoelace.
Michael Evans
Can you point me to somewhere? What type of screen printing is it e.g. DTG, sublimation, vinyl etc. Also, imo the ink looks water-based, does that look the same to you or might it be another ink?
Thanks for the reply btw
Grayson James
Its a pretty nice picture honestly, but you must be fucking retarded to go around wearing this
