Let's be honest you're just looking for black clothing and maybe a belt which you will wear at the hip like a complete fucking tool together with some nice casual, low suit pants and some Yesstyle turtle neck and a pair of combat boots because dress shoes are scary. You can get all of that at H&M for under $200 including socks and underwear. And no one will even know you're wearing something inspired by fascism, you will fit right in.

That doesn't look fascist at all, that's just black clothing. It's not about colour, it's also about cut and material. Thick wool trousers with a very high waist, possibly milsurp (I have finnish army wool trousers for that purpose), a broad belt and a turtleneck tucked into the pants in dark natural colours will work very well. Black, dark blue and grey are of course to be preferred preferred. The kind of cut needed can be very well observed in OP's pic: Wide in some areas, tight in others, just the way 1930s military garments looked. H&M doesn't carry stuff like that, obviously.

dress in dark colours. Black and navy are very good, dark green and dark grey can also be used. white can also be worn as well.

you won't pull of fashcore if you're a happy extrovert. introverted types who are often aloof are best for fashcore.
dress smartly but also practically. a black jumper with wool trousers, some black surplus boots (make sure they aren't bulky, german or austrian para boots look good), with a black overcoat is a great fashycore fit.
in summer, or if you're doing manual labour? shorts are fine. dark navy shorts, going down to mid thigh, with a white linen shirt, and some plain black canvas shoes is fine. that's a perfect fashycore fit
