I would aim for a bmi of 17-19. If you're on hormone therapy you can probably go to a bmi of 18 and under and look and feel good. Otherwise, you might want to aim for a bmi of 18-19 since you will have more muscle mass than the average cis woman.

okay thanks. i've never been this lean before and my body just doesn't hold well at this weight it seems. i agree, i can definitely fix it with 20lbs of muscle to fill in.. i don't have much of a choice i suppose. it seems skinnyfat mode for this long causes permanent damage just as obesity does. i wanna be a cute and lean but i can't. its not that noticable but when i grab myself i can feel that i'm very soft and doughy even when i'm this lean. well i guess this should serve as a warning to others. anyways i'm confident that adding muscle will completely cure this as its not severe at all but its really forcing my hand here to add muscle where otherwise i'd be fine.

Yeah I guess I'm just fortunate that I never really had fat on my lower stomach to do permanent damage and so I don't have to continually try and keep it away

I started going hardcore reduction 600-800 a day. I've lost 2.5 lbs in the last 2 days. We're all gonna make it, /thinspo/.

For some of us, our caffiene is what keeps us from eating so its fine to put a little sugar in it. I like to put a tsp of sugar in my tea because its pleasant at the added 15 calories is negligible given the hundreds of calories it makes me not eat.

Prolonged use of laxatives is not good for your body. Not to mention their effects tend to last for an unreliable length of time, so you're potentially going to be running to the bathroom for hours.

dilemma here. really had difficulties when it came to eating before i was put on ritalin by my doctor. either ate too little or binged like crazy. been much more stable ever since. however, it is just getting too expensive for me at this point. quit and just take the risk or live a poor fag life but be healthier when it comes to eating instead?

i am insured. insurance itself costs me about nothing and so do most meds. couple of euros at max, certain meds are completely free of charge. however, ritalin is only reduced in price for children with adhd diagnosed, so -18. just a law in my country, so changing insurance companies also will not matter. i was put on ritalin by a psychiatrist, but that makes no difference. costs me about € 100 every month. if my financial situation becomes even more difficult, should i just quit it altogether or would i benefit from taking it just less often or would that just make matters worse?
