Honestly, I don't know even now. I was up for a developer job and I was put in front of an operations manager. She started asking about sysadmin shit, load-balancing, server-memory monitoring, things like that. Then when I told them I never did that type of thing, she was "phhfffttttt, you're useless, all of our coders need to do server admin too! Why didn't you learn that at your previous position?"
