Actually my dad is a orthopedic surgeon. Heavy squatting puts a lot of pressure on the discs. It's not just about the form while you lift, even with good form those discs are subjected to huge pressures. Poor form certainly makes it worse.

It only matters if there is slippage or a rupture. If the spine is in the right place and supported with muscle these won't happen. And that's easy to accomplish with a squat or deadlift because they are natural movements. Being under a heavy load a few seconds a day isn't going to cause wear and tear. Not getting enough nutrients, more muscle loss vs fat loss (unless you're working out and eating 500 cal worth of protein, and even then...), possible BMR fuckery. What's your TDEE? What's your diet like now? Do anything special like keto or IF?

It's mostly bad cause you can't get all the nutrients that way so you end up with vitamin deficiencies etc.

Should be fine with supplements if you know exactly what you're missing

I don't know if you're looking for a specific user but I hear number crunching by a lot of you about specifics with insulin resistance, fasting increasing your BMR, etc...and I don't know, I'm not really an expert on any of it. I do IF and allegedly, that keeps your BMR higher because of your insulin not spiking, but I'm just more focused on CICO. The only thing I know for sure is nutrient deficiency, and that's bad for the long term for sure, I take multis and try to eat protein to keep as much muscle as possible.

Are you doing IF?

Raise your calories gradually and you'll find where your actual TDEE is. If you need a rest and don't want to gradually increase then go up to what your TDEE calculates to do that for a little while, but if your BMR has dropped you'll be above your TDEE. A week or two won't kill you though.

If you aren't doing IF, start. Do it with a tight window for a while to help combat insulin resistance that you might have from being a mealcuck.

If you deny yourself too much you'll go crazy. But you'll notice after dieting you can't really eat that much of it anyway.

Just make pizza crowded with vegetable toppings so there's less cheese. If you're ordering from a restaurant there will be enough grease from the cheese that you'll feel like shit if you eat more than a slice.

I'm making it. Truth is, it is not cheese that worry me, but the protein that I would lack because the base of the pizza is pure carbs. My previous day's macro have been around 50g protein, 30g fat and 60g carb. Also, i'm trying to figure out IF, and wanted to know if it better to eat a pizza in one meal or two (1pm, 6pm)

Don't know if there's a guide, but you gotta get a good camera, have someone who understands how to use that camera effectively and go to a scenic place.

Use of color is the most important aspect of the photography aspect, time of day and lighting, you want to get certain colors. Depending on where you live, embrace nature. Also if you have friends who are not quite as attractive as you, but still moderately attractive post pictures going out (during the day) with them, it will make you look proportionally more attractive.

Nighttime photos should be relegated to social events.

Then you should probably get some practice in.

You also have to be good at wearing tons of makeup and constantly dressed in branded shit.

A good way to look "modest" in bikinis is A) actually wearing them at the beach/pool, not in your house in the dead of winter B) with other people, so you just look like you're out having a good time with friends at the beach/pool.
