how's usually the sizing on these? I usually wear 46 for coats but how does that translate to these sizes? small?

uniqlo sizing can be weird. some of their stuff will fit normally but for example the plain sweatshirts they have on their site i had to size up to an L in because they were too short, and i don't think i own anything else in an L besides pull over hoodies.

also i find their clothing has a tendency to shrink more after the first wash than clothing from other brands.

if you're 5'9 and you wear an L then you are probably fat yes. i'm 5'9 and a lean 170 and anything that has an L on it is oversized like a sweatshirt or hoodie.

that's funny because i literally have not done a single variation of a bench press or fly since 2013. i have a wide ribcage and don't even like bench pressing so i really don't want my chest to be bigger than it already is.
