get rid of the glasses, had the same ones, but they only work with dark hair. get brown glasses or metallic ones instead.

let you hair grow out! it would be a huge mistake to shorten them since your head is heartshaped.

Well, it's difficult to judge from this one frontal picture that doesn't even show your hair that well, but it looks nice.
If you want to do something with it then maybe get the sides trimmed a little, but I personally wouldn't do much more.
It's a very nice colour and your hair looks very healthy, which is the most important really.
