Lots of sugar, without the positive things you would get from actually eating a fruit whole (fiber).
It's okay to have some if you have low blood sugar or love it and really want something sweet but it isn't really a health food.
Will spike your blood sugar and won't keep you full- almost empty calories, although not quite as bad as soda

Ugh, i've been stuck on a bmi of 22 for about 3 months now.
I had a bmi of 29 about a year ago and my goal is 20, I eat about 3 meals a day (mostly healthy) and do cardio maybe every other day.
How do I lose the last 10lbs?

Eat two meals a day, or eat three meals a day but eat about 2/3 as much at each sitting. Just in general, eat less.

I feel like this really isn't as complicated as you're making out to be.

Yeah I know, sorry. I just somehow lost all motivation when I reached the most average bmi there is and can't seem to lose the last pounds.

its not about the "zero days" its about consistently eating less than you consume.

If you consume 1600 kcal daily, then eat 1300-1400 daily and you will still lose weight without feeling like shit

Peanuths are really calorie dense, I would eat somethig that has more volume over calories so you will also feel full for awhile

They also have high amounts of protein, to keep you full, you know.

Ended up having roughly 800 calories of peanuts, but I'm still way under my TDEE.

Anyone else find it the harder to do IF the less volume they eat?

Not in the sense that you get more hungry but the stomach kinda gets smaller faster during the fasting period and you get physically uncomfortable at much smaller portions
Like if I eat the same portions regularly I can easily fit 3 liters of food at once and feel completely fine but if it's only a cup or less I'm gonna struggle and have to spread it over 2+ hours in small snacks because otherwise I just feel sick

Like I know your stomach gets less elastic the less you eat but it seems like it gets worse exponentially rather than linearly

Not much but it makes meals kinda a pain in the ass and is kinda weird, you'd think human bodies would be smart enough not to sabotage your attempts to eat when you're starving


On the other hand I do loose more on a smaller intake with a smaller fasting window so it's not a problem goal wise, that's why I don't bother alternating or anything

You could switch to a couple 24hr fasts a week instead of a daily eating window. IF is pretty flexible.

noodles have a lot of calories for they are made of grain

does it matter what calories you eat? for example i LOVE rice and if 70% of my calorie intake comes from rice, would it slow down my weight loss?
