if you've got the cash they're some of the best beaters out there
but by the fact that you're nervous about the purchase you should just buy some cheap beaters (gats, vans, adidas, whatever) until you build a more expensive wardrobe (or start making more money) so that beating up a $300 pair of sneakers doesn't seem like such a scary idea

I tried but fuck, the canvas is actually really hard to get very clean. They're a little dirty now, but if the weather is/seems foul I immediately switch to something else, as to keep them slightly cleaner.

I get slagged off for wearing pants with cuffs (pic related) but ymmv

I mainly wear earth tones / monochrome greys/ and blacks + navy.

Got them from footlocker, and they arrived. Definitely keeping them, the photos don't do justice. I could have sized down 1/2 but a full size like some people say. They're gonna be the perfect summer shoe, super airy and versatile.

Also got a pair of pure white (not off white) low top canvas "Shoes Like Pottery" (pic). And although both the SLP and stans are brand new, the SLP's look yellowish next to the stans, they're so stark. Everything is gonna show on these, even regular dust.
