I'm 5'11", 133 lbs. My waist size is currently 30. How will it be affected by losing 5-10 lbs?

I'm 143lbs and 29" waist but have a big upper body. I realize that doesn't answer your question but body types really change the answer is my point. I'd imagine you'll be a 29" since seems like I lose an inch every 10lbs or so

i think carob's pretty healthy too, in some moderation

Hi guys! 5'10 here about 145 but as I'm losing I'm thinking I would look better/feel comfier if I toned up a bit. My legs are very defined because I bike everywhere but my core has very little definition so I just want to even it out a bit.

Anyone have any recommendations for nice body weight routines or other recommendations? Obviously not trying to get really muscular or anything.

I recall one post on a previous thinspo thread mentioning planks and leg raises, which is mainly what I'm doing

I've been on a roll this past week in limiting what I eat. I was placed on vyvanse about one week ago and it has been doing a great job at supressing my hunger.

I'm not on a diet; however, I am counting my calories. It seems that my average intake for the week has been ~650 cal/day. I've cut out all sweets, drink only water, skip breakfast & lunch, and eat all of my calories at dinner (lean meat, large servings of vegetables, and a grain that's usually a potato roll.)

Even though I am eating far less and aquiring my calories through much cleaner foods, I feel like I may be doing my body harm by eating at a 1070 calorie deficit.

I am starting to feel very cold around my house (~72 degrees F) , which is strange, because I used to feel the need to cut it down even further. My hands and feet feel like ice sickles.

Have any of you encountered this, and is it possible for me to maintain this current calorie intake, and only slowly adjust it whenever I am close to my weight goal? I just don't want to drop dead from not eating enough.

As someone who has dieted down from 260lbs to 155lbs at 6'0", I have to say I think what you eat doesn't matter at all beyond what makes you least likely to overeat.

I ate shitty fast food, cookies, whatever I wanted really, and so long as I stayed under my caloric intake I was still losing weight.

I think i'm 5-10 lbs away from my goal now. Abs are looking pretty nice but I have about an inch of chubbiness on my lower back. Not sure if that'll ever go away though, might be loose skin.

Either way, i think I lucked out in regard to the whole loose skin from excessive weightloss thing. I have no sag/stretchmarks anywhere. Just a bit of remainder fat on the lower back, which isn't even identifiable unless you touch the area and feel that it's not as firm as the rest of me.

I am and have experienced the cold thing. I think that just comes with any substantial weight loss. That being said, stop eating 650 cal a day. An adult man of pretty much any size needs at bare minimum 1000 cal a day to not become sickly. Eating like that will have some very not Veeky Forums effects like pitted nails and shitty hair/skin due to lack of nutrients. Also you might die eventually.

There are always so many very tiny cute things at thrift stores. This inspires me to get a cute dress and shrink into it.

Salad with imitation crab, I made some Greek yoghurt vinaigrette for it. 1/2 an apple. 30g strawberries, 2 monster zero ultra.

It's after midnight and I don't know whether to sleep or eat something more first. I never wake hungry even if I go to sleep starved so I'm tempted to just sleep.

I ate too much for stupid reasons and now my stomach hurts and I hate myself. I only ate about 900 calories so I technically didn't go over my budget or anything but it aches and I feel fucking awful. Is there any way to temporarily relieve the pain? I already took some antiacids but I don't know if they did anything.

i really want to get off my meds. goddamn binges. if only i were strong enough to just ignore the cravings. but i'm too much of a lazy labile depressed piece of skdjf with no strong will.
