Adding exercise will only benefit you. I'll suggest calisthenics to begin with, in addition to cardio if you choose it. But muscle is very crucial, you don't want to be a skinnyfat.

At your weight and with that routine you could probably be eating twice that amount and still lose weight. At least bump it up to 2000. You're wasting your time lifting weights at that caloric deficit because your body isn't going to build much muscle. It's only good for burning more calories and in that case you'd be better off doing cardio.
That explains why I've only managed to add about 20 pounds to my benches.

food is the enemy. you must learn to hate food. When you get in the right mindset you don't even want to eat anymore. 100g spinach and 100g 0% cottage cheese is enough for me most meals. Sometimes some berries and greek yogurt with a spoonful of almonds to mix it up
