I've studied at to multiple international schools in 'Nam (which is why I'm going back) and I've encountered kids whose parents gambled with stocks, won big but then had to withdraw their kids from school because they've gone broke overnight. I don't even know what point you're advocating. Half of that shit requires money, which you can't do unless you're a trustfund baby or have a job. I'd love to do shit if my friends weren't busy with jobs themselves. I'm not an introvert. I don't get much enjoyment out of doing things by myself. I don't need work to fulfill myself, but I need a social life and I need money. To me it seems practical and reasonable. I'm not working long hours at a useless job. I'll be working 40 hours at a normal entry-level analyst position.

I know that the "wagekek" meme is just a type of shitposting, but I find it legitimately perplexing why people you guys insist on convincing us your lives are better than those of us who work an hourly wage. The fact is that things like starting a business take far more time than working a 40 hour work week does, and there are legitimately people who don't need to own a business to be fulfilled in life.
