A - 5x5 military press; 5x5 standing row; 5x5 squat
B - 5x5 bench press; 1x5 deadlift 5x5 squat

I run 8-10km every morning and do yoga. I could probably do more but I'm cool with cutting calories.

only good suggestion, try increasing the weight if you manage to do 5x5 in good form.

if you don't roid you won't be big even if you wanted to be but you'll have a decently developed skinny body instead of a malnourishend blobby fart.

Skinny guy here. I started lifting barbells and dumb bells everyday for a week and in that time girls were complementing how nice my arms were. It's really not hard to build muscle, and it should cause you to lose some fat as fat, protien and water is what is needed to build muscle.

How effective is walking for cardio?
I mean a lot of walking

it's better for fat loss than running/jogging. Long distance running makes you lose muscle, it's an extremely catabolic activity

I am super fucking skinny but have a functional immune system, and people respect me because of academic achievements, not because of nigger tier physical approvals. Really you must be in a rough place if strength equals repect for you.

Boxing, all the fucking way. I've done every kind of lifting there is, as well as a few martial arts (standing). Boxing with HIIT is the way to lose weight and get super toned.

I think I have the perfect Veeky Forums body and I got to the gym 3 - 5x a week

I don't take any protein shake/supplement though

Grapple 10x per week

I also Coach BJJ and MMA classes 5x per week.

It really isn't that hard. The fact that people keep asking how to achieve literal no effort bodies astounds me

But maybe I'm speaking from a place of """privilege""" because this is my no effort body.

Just...don't be fat. Eat until you're full. Do a variety of pushups often. Be lean.

Just go to the gym, then stop increasing the weight youre lifting when you reach the body you want and maintain it.

Weight is falling off and I look better than ever. Nothing for quads as I was previously thicc thighs, but still do plenty of calves as they're only slim and look small on my 6'2 frame.

before i started cycling i used to run 5-12km (4min/km pace) a day, but got injured too much

If you aren't a skinny faggot who didn't eat during puberty, you'd already have that muscle development. The only thin you'd need to do is lose fat.

Increase the weight if you finish the required amount of reps on your x5 exercises, reset it to 90% of what if was if you fail to do 5 reps on all sets in 3 different sessions and start progressing again.

Then sometimes I just do this and that for core. Nothing for legs, because I have weird proportions already I think. Nothing horrible, but nothing I want to risk emphasizing. I run every now and then though. I do all of this at home whenever I want to, so I've been pretty consistent with it in the last three years or so and look good enough.

what kind of body type is op? im pretty sure its a endomorph. my body looks very very similar although i have a bit more body fat%. the proportions are distinctly similar

This is probably the best thread to ask. Do changing room mirrors make you look better or worse? I was in one today buying shirts for the first time in a long time, and I looked kinda bad in there. My pecs and torso in particular looked really small.

It doesnt even require much matenence. It's eat clean and work out fucking slightly, maybe twice a week. tone, health, well fitting clothes, so you don't look like a clothes hanger when you put on clothes.
