They both look like they fit the same. With all that polyester it will shrink a tiny bit but not a whole size like 100% cotton tends to do. They both look like a wash and dry will size them right up to you. I like the green one better.

Go to thrift store, in the uniforms section you'll find hundreds for like 2$ each. Give them a 30 second taper/elastic cuff or even a pinroll and you're golden. One of my favourtie pairs of pants are actually 3$ mobb nurse scrubs.
