I've masturbated to this map twice. Both times I imagined myself as a traveler through the Soviet Union, visiting cities and meeting the women in the photos through various means. Sometimes I'd be out and about a town and meet her in a park, or visiting a university and she's a student there, or staying with a native family learning about the steppe or whale hunting or whatever. I think it's important that maps give their viewers such pleasure. Anyway, good times.

I made this map, it was an alternate history where the Nazis and Italians helped the Jews move to Palestine on the condition that they create an axis-aligned fascist state.

Golan Heights aren't included because this is based on Biblical borders, which is why it reaches into southern Lebanon.

Shitty map. These 3 nations (with Georgians, which are included in the map) are the most interesting people of the Soviet Union. But they include nations like Azerbaijanis, which are totally uninteresting and don't have a culture and history, just turkified Persians, claiming something which don't belong to them.
