isn't nonfat stuff higher in sugar? pretty sure it's better to just eat regular greek yogurt but cut the portion size

It's okay, but wouldn't be my first recommendation. For a small snack, try cheese. It's high in fat, which is satiating, zero carbs so doesn't spike insulin, and an ounce is about 100 calories.

In my case a lot. During special events like processions or special celebrations I go to church 8 am then just feel like not eating. I stay all day without food because it feels like the right thing to do.
Also projects/bit of stress do the same. Like today I really need to study for some exam the I put all my focus on it and it feels the right thing to eat only when I finish my main task.

But seriously, too much caffine is going to fuck up your ability to sleep. Find another substitute and stick to 2 cups a day max. This is coming from someone who habitually drinks 4-5 cups a day and can bearly manage 4 hours sleep a night. Anecdotal advice may not be the best but there is significant research into coffees effect on sleep.

If you really want to get off, google The Ashton Manual and slow taper. It was fucking miserable tapering off, and took forever, but my life is better (yet still shit) without them. I was on 40mg of valium daily.

The anxiety during withdrawal was terrible even tapering, and it lingered after. I woke up every morning for six months in panic attacks. But it DOES get better. Even when you quit you'll notice lots of even more than usual heightened anxiety, and it will stick around for a while. It's called PAWS (Post Acute Withdrawal Syndrome), but it does slowly go away. Now I'm back to my anxiety levels from before benzos. I'm a bit dumber than when I started, but at least now I can remember some things.
