Just work out! Do some googling and invest at least 30min every day. You don't have to go full Veeky Forums with roids and gym and stuff, but jogging or walking and maybe some exercises like push-ups will help. You can find follow-along workouts on youtube, I like "Yoga with Adriene" for example. Working out also helps with depression.

Read books. Really. It's the singe most impactful thing you can do to your intellect. You won't become Einstein-level, but you will improve your knowledge and intellectual abilities. And it will probably be fun as well. Just start with something fun. Maybe get a book to a movie you like or stuff like The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy.

You might not be able to change everything, but those things you can do RIGHT NOW and they WILL help.
