None of it even looks good. Hell we cant even see the shoes you're wearing which are probably god awful too. The jacket is ugly(the inside clashes with everything, zippers with buttons fucking why). The gloves are unnecessary and only make it worse. I like patch work pieces but it doesnt work here nor does it look good. the pocket of the fucking shirt is denim textured goddamnit. The whole fit gives off this middle schooler vibe whose mom finally let him pick/buy his own clothes. Terrible

Not him but balancing out large footwear with bagger clothes usually gives the illusion of short legs. Typically if you don't do this you end up looking like you have massive feet. Some like this aesthetic, personally I don't.

I think at this point you've lost enough weight you should start looking into inspo threads for better fits. Try out wool trousers instead of jeans, different frames for glasses (your face shape changed a lot with the weight loss (good on ya man)), etc etc. I know you've always had a slight hesitation to spending a lot but I think you should start to explore the more fashion-y side of fashion, not just the norm core stuff.

If those were wool trousers the fit would be a solid 3 points better, and if you dropped the awful bracelets. Wear like 1 of them if you like them, you're not a 13 year old girl.
The idea of the outfit is good, but the actual fitting to the clothing is off. Lose a bit of weight so pants and button up shirts fit better and maybe look into a better fitting leather jacket
