just got back into biking did about 10 miles the other day im worried that it will make my legs massive. whole reason for me trying to be thin is to slim down my legs especially my the top of my thighs

I am cycling in hills of Aachen and do tours of around 40km (25miles) per day on average.
I have a pace of 35km/h(22mph) and outclimb electric bikes.
Also I tend to drink at least one protein shake per day.
I am loosing weigh to improove my cycling, not only for the looks.

If you just cruise at like 20km/h (12,5mph) and don´t do aggressive climbs and are on a cut the only thing getting trained is your heart.
