What are some of your favorite brands?

The North Face
Battenwear
Topo Design
Is what I'm usually dressed in

Thought I had more. Back to you, OP.

Amazing, thanks for sharing.

In terms of hiking and camping, Manastash, Filson, Battenwear, orSlow. But it's more specific attire, not brands. Climbing pants or loose shorts, tee's, lightweight shells, and flannels, heavy knits, fleece at night.

>tfw you missed out on this sweet anorak

Mind if you can post more of this magazine?

Sure, no problem.

Is it possible for GoOut.jp to ship nationally?

Yeah get a Tenso account. I've bought from a lot of Japanese sites with it

I was kinda annoyed that Shia quickly became such a beef. but relief, le beef is not Shia

Patagonia for shirts, sweaters and fleece. I have one of their parkas. Filson for outerwear and bags. Danner boots.

Meanswhile
Patagonia PCU and MARS
REI (comfiest underwear d.esubakasenpai)
Thorlo
White mountaineering when they're in a color blocking mood
Danner and Danner Japan
Go Slow Caravan cuz they have a very cool aesthetic
Punk Drunker cuz they're so far out. They push the boundaries

Oh fuck and Gramicci Japan, I wish they'd have such cool shit on the American site

What?

Shia has chicken legs problem same as me, just won't grow.

Look at that guy massive trunks.

You can just see more muscle mass substance than skinnyfat Shia

The guy in the picture isn't Shia... It's a model for ColdSmoke

You have reading comprehension troubles

...

Where do you buy your Manastash?

If it's not Shia, then why bring him up?

Can anyone ID #10 ? I can't find it on paty's website.

If you just stop for a moment and think about this picture. What is this man doing? Why is he walking on these stone cubes when the ground isn't even wet? Why is he wearing hiking clothing when he is in what appears to be a public park?

Proxy. Livestock and Blue Button Shop occasionally stock it, which is helpful since I live just outside Toronto.

Because it's modeling. Not supposed to be practical, just look good.

>Not supposed to be practical, just look good.
Doesn't that defeat the very purpose of Outdoor Style? If they had actual bushcrafters wearing the clothes and doing their thing in them wouldn't it be cheaper and more effective than hiring a model?

no, that wouldn't show the clothing items as well

The item description is on the next page. Check the pastebin

>Doesn't that defeat the very purpose of Outdoor Style?
Yes, practicality is more important than functionality.
> bushcrafters wearing the clothes and doing their thing in them wouldn't it be cheaper and more effective than hiring a model?
Models are hired because they're good at flaunting what they're wearing. Trying to find the average man, good looking, and into their activities would I imagine take more time than hiring a model online.

Where can I get some relaxed outdoor pants. Anything of nylon, cotton twill? Recommendations will be great.

Hiking pants are pretty stretchy and some have built in belts

...

Yeah, but I usually wear relaxed pants but want it to be consistent with all the stuff that I'm wearing.

I dunno that gramicci or outdoor research logo on the belt can really tie an outfit together

Never liked having built in belts, but I'll fall back to it when I can't find anything. Thanks! Also considering Engineered Garments.

I like looking around at GoOut.jp and other outdoor retailers.

This techwear trash is sooo tryhard. Oh because it is not in black it is not techwear? Get real autists. You are not Japanese and you don't go mountain climbing. You'll look like an idiot wearing this colorful techwear to college.

>Oh because it is not in black it is not techwear?
No one said it wasn't.
>You don't go mountain climbing
I'm sure people here do, but you don't need to be outdoorsy to wear their clothes.
>You'll look like an idiot wearing this colorful techwear to college.
You only dress up for college?

tad has some pretty cool /out/ style

Triple Aught Design is a great brand.

What's "outside"? Is that a clothing line? Also, what's a 'sun'?

it's a lifestyle brand

Nice thread. Andies looks, would buy if I lived in USA/Europe.

>would buy if I lived in USA/Europe.
Where do you live that location is stopping you?

Gramicci's NN-Pants seems to be a japanese exclusive, is there any pants they have in the U.S that has a similar fit.

Name for that particular kind of vest in the lower right part?

brand is mountain research
"Asymmetric color scheme of fishing vest" according to Google translate

It's funny because if you go to Japan and day hike the easiest mountains, almost everyone is on tryhard mode and they will judge you as being an unprepared goon if you don't have the latest matching clothing from Nanamica and 3 days worth of gear.

That said, everything in this thread trends toward Veeky Forums-functional (probably ok for a day hike) rather than real hiking function. Pic related would be pretty cool since it's Ventile.

Snow peak and WM are also pretty well made
They make stuff to Japanese osha (not sure what is called there) spec

I like patagonia jumpers and i like the logo

can i wear them in a non-outdoors social situation and be Veeky Forums
