If I were you I would make it really saturated, but grayscale looks nice too. But you don't have to change it just because someone on the internet said so, just use what you like.

It's a bit of a mess. Those icons don't fit, folders pretty much never look good, and are the month and day supposed to be crushed together, or is that just really bad kerning? I'm also not a fan of the background on your dock
